All of our candles are made from pure 100% soybeans and carefully selected botanical oils. Most of our candles do not contain artificial dyes. While we prefer the natural off-white beauty of the soy wax, some of our custom accounts do request that we use dyes in their candles.
Please be advised that using dyes can create a white "frosting" effect in soy wax. This frosting is caused by the natural makeup of the soy wax and in no way effects the burning or safety of your candle.
Ordering / Shipping : All orders are custom poured at time of order to provide you with the freshest, most fragrant products on the market! For retail orders please allow up to 1 week for ordering processing. For wholesale, private label and fundraisers please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing. All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise arranged with Echo Dale Farm Candle Co.
Return / Refunds: At Echo Dale Farm Candle Co. we strive to produce the highest quality candles available. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product or any items are damaged during shipment, please contact us within 2 days to receive a replacement.
DO NOT THROW PRODUCT AWAY - it will need to be returned to us or inspected by UPS if damaged during shipment. We do not offer refunds for style / color and/or scent choices. Replacements will be made for defective or damaged products only.
Payment : Payment is due at time of order. We accept checks,
money orders, and PayPal.
Any payment returned to us for any reason will be subject to a
$30.00 admin fee.
